I didn't know what it stood for at all. "nisfawu? huh?" And then NWS came along and I got all confused.

For months, I only knew that it could either mean "Don't click if you value your sanity" or "There might be a tiny bit of naked human flesh in this image/There might be a swearword somewhere hidden in this text." Those conflicting meanings had me somewhat confused.
