Ooh, that's a tough call. I'd have to say either Manos or... shit, I can't remember the name, but there were these eye creatures that were quite obviously dudes in spandex with plastic eyes glued to them, and there were scenes that were supposed to be at night but half of them were shot during the day and stuff. Wow. But then there's the Amazing Colossal Man. Hmm. I need to think about that one.

I always loved Joel. He just seemed so put-upon by the world, but in a way that's endearing.

I don't know what I would have done without MST3K when I was a kid and was unable to sleep at night - so many times I was afraid I'd wake up my parents laughing at 3 in the morning. Good times!
